1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Taiipa AI platform, APIs, or automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For enterprise clients, our specific SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime for API endpoints. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, credits will be issued according to the Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our web scraping or automation services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or distribute malware.
• Attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary neural network architectures.

4. Limitation of Liability

Taiipa AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
